Initial ASSESSMENT

Yancey Outreach and Yancey Recovery Services ensures that each client receives a personalized treatment program which includes aggressive, consistent implementation of life skills training, treatment, & health services. 

Our professional experience in this field direct us to provide related services directed toward introducing our clients to Cognitive Awareness, as they are familiar and acquainted with their thinking process, they will then learn to change their behaviors. They will then function with as much self-determination and independence as possible, and begin living life in a healthier way, mentally, physically, spiritually, socially, and financially.   

Within 30 days following admission, the Clinical Director, the clinical team, and case worker shall meet, review and update the treatment plan. Clients’ status is assessed strengths and weaknesses will be identified in order to determine client’s progression in the program. Clients’ needs and requests will be prioritized, and objectives developed resulting in a comprehensive Needs and Service Plan.  

We have successfully provided treatment to individuals with addictive behavior, criminal behavior, and high-risk lifestyles. Such as those who exhibit disruptive, dangerous, and/or excessive behaviors. Our Therapeutic coaching, and training enable our clients to begin participating in their community in a very positive way.

We assist the individual to acquire the necessary skills to no longer need to be housed in a restrictive setting.

We provide instructional strategies and motivational systems that assist the individual in acquiring new skills needed to function more independently, again in a positive way. We focus on assisting the client in decreasing inappropriate behaviors, which could interfere with their growth and their future.

We will increase clients’ self-esteem, communication and independent living skills, opening the door for them to function in a more independent way.

The outcomes measured weekly, monthly and quarterly.
